Curbside Pickup Begins June 15

CCM Edgewood and CCM Forest Hills will begin offering curbside pickup on Monday, June 15. Curbside pickup will be by appointment only. The library remains closed to the public.

How to use curbside pickup

Step 1: Call to place a hold

  • CCM Forest Hills: 412-436-2390, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 12 p.m.-6 p.m.

If you are unable to use a telephone due to accessibility issues (e.g. you are Deaf or hard of hearing), please email us at ccmellor@einetwork.net. Holds cannot be placed through the online catalog.

Holds may be placed starting June 15.

Items must be on CCM’s shelves to be placed on hold. Other libraries’ items cannot be placed on hold at this time.

Limits on the number of items that can be held per person, per pickup date:

  • 10 adult books or audiobooks
  • 10 children’s books or audiobooks
  • 5 total DVDs (children’s or adults)

You will schedule a pickup date and time during your phone call. The number of scheduled pickups per day is limited and is scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

Pick up printing

You can use CCM’s mobile printing service to have documents printed and pick them up along with your holds.  Mobile printing is only available at CCM Edgewood. Learn more about using mobile printing

All normal printing charges apply. A charge will be placed on your library card and can be paid for online through the library catalog, or in person when the library reopens.

Scanning and faxing services are not available at this time.
