CCM Edgewood now offers one-on-one technology assistance, by appointment only. These appointments are intended to help patrons learn how to access library-related resources and services.
Appointments last approximately 30-45 minutes. If necessary, staff will schedule a follow-up appointment at the end of your appointment time.
While we can offer some assistance on basic technology functions, we are unable to offer intensive courses at this time. If you are interested in a workshop-style class, we highly recommend Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s “Digital Skills” event series.
